The Process Improvement (PI) Special Interest Group (SIG) of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) started a little less than a decade with a mission to establish and build presence within industry and be known for development & application of continuous process improvement via talent, tools and expertise.
Our SIG has a focus on developing our members to become Process Improvement experts. Our focuses are, but not limited to Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Data Analytics, Process Improvement/Management, Project Management, and Quality Management Systems.
